2. Description of Service

Klipvy is an AI-powered viral content platform providing a Meme Creator, Reel Generator, Viral Content Creator, Post Scheduler, and Creator Marketplace. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all account activity. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Klipvy to create unlawful or harmful content, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, send spam, gain unauthorized access, use bots without permission, or violate any laws.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Klipvy a license to use it solely for operating the Service. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright — you are responsible for compliance where you publish it.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Pro $4.99/mo, Creator Studio $14.99/mo, Agency $49/mo) are billed monthly via Paddle and auto-renew unless cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Creator Marketplace

Marketplace sellers receive 70% of sales revenue. Klipvy retains 30%. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Klipvy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for Terms violations. Your access ceases immediately upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
