1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy within 7 days, we will make it right.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions qualify for a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only, one refund per customer per plan.
3. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. We do not refund renewals for forgotten cancellations. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged. If you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal and have not used the service, we may refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Marketplace purchases, accounts terminated for ToS violations, and partial months are not eligible for refunds.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
